FC-AFN-100 is a non-silicon defoaming agent, the principal components are fatty acid ester, organic polyol and other additives. It contains no organic silicon, mainly used to eliminate harmful foam in paper coating materials, has wide applicability, fast defoaming, lasting foam inhibiting, good intermiscibility with system, such outstanding advantages.
Used to eliminate the bubbles in the production and use process of emulsioni paint and polyvinyl alcohol solution. Used for industrial cleaning agent, defoaming in metal grinding fluid, cutting fluid. Used in liquid ammonia decarburization, fertilizer production, desulfurizer toxicity bubble, to make all kinds of chemical fiber oil, knitting oil, used in defoaming of large, medium and small-sized ethylene equipments.
FC-AFN-100A
FC-AFN-100A defoaming agent which takes ether compounds as the main compound, manufactured by special process. AFN - 100A defoaming agent has strong alkali resistance (using environmental PH value can be as high as 12 ~ 14), its outstanding characteristic is fast defoaming, long time foam inhibiting and stable performance.
Used as bubble suppression agent added to the printing and dyeing auxiliaries and industrial cleanser, to eliminate bubbles in every working procedure of textile printing and dyeing process. It won’t cause silicon spot defects, suitable for foam eliminating at the spot of printed circuit boards cleaning, steel degreasing, mechanical cleaning and beer bottle cleaning .
FC-AFN-300
FC-AFN-300 is a kind of defoaming agent based on nitrogen containing organic compounds and a small amount of modified organosilicon. It has excellent antimicrobial bubble elimination effect to the resin compound, polymer compound, is a kind of safe, non-toxic efficient defoaming agent.
Used as defoaming in textile printing and dyeing process, whitewater defoaming in the writing process of papermaking industry, defoaming in circuit board production process, defoaming in rosin sizing agent production process, defoaming in latex paint and latex production process.
FC-AFN-600
FC-APN-600 is a kind of defoamer with mineral oil while it doesn’t contain organosilicon, It has excellent defoaming performance and good decentrality, it’s easy to add, and stably to be stored.
This product is widely applied to water-based ink, it has good compatibility with ink and there is zero affection on film formation which results in shrinkage hole and fisheye.
